VERY IMPORTANT- BEFORE cutting remove all inedible items from the cake. This includes the rose petal, happy birthday messages, inedible diamonds around the top and bottom of the cake.
To cut a 6-inch cake for more servings, use a hot, sharp knife then cut (as shown). For fewer, larger slices, cut traditional wedges. If you are in a restaurant, please have the restaurant staff cut the cake.
